Unbelievably knowledgeable. Professional, courteous, patient and timely. That was our biggest, most appreciated attribute of Eldon's--his responsiveness and turn-around time was so quick. During an already pretty stressful time, waiting for your agent to return a text or a call, especially when time is of the essence [regarding a showing or a highly sought after home] it's imperative that your agent be available. Eldon was always available and able to answer questions or provide guidance whenever needed. Hopefully we won't be moving again for decades!! But if we do, no question--we're calling Eldon! We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Eldon Palmer on the build of our new home. We were first-time builders with limited knowledge of the building process, Eldon immediately took the stress off my wife and I by creating a buffer between the builder and us. Eldon is tireless in his efforts to facilitate your move. He does everything in his power to get you the best sale you can get. Eldon frequently works extremely long hours; there were many times when his emails were stamped around the midnight hour on days we knew full well that he started at our before 8 am. And his responses are very quick. Eldon's knowledge is expansive and he has a plethora of connections to get you answers to all of your questions. For us, he even had a contractor meet us at a house for a second look to give us ideas/answers on what we could do to finish the basement and a general cost for such a project. He knows the laws and what inspections are needed and knows inspectors to complete them. Eldon doesn't stop at the sale either. He came to help me move a rather large, complicated reef aquarium on his own time after both of our closings were done! He is very personable and professional. Having moved four times, Eldon is by far the best realtor we've had and we've made a wonderful new friend in him.

Eldon was by far the best realator I have ever worked with. He truly cares about what you want and goes the extra mile. He is a great communicator and always answered texts/email.
